## Who we are

Nature's Wild Berry has sold freeze-dried miracle berries since 2016. Perishable berries were not scalable and cost $4 to $6 per berry. Today, we have lowered that price to less than $1 per serving and as low as 33 cents in bulk. We appeared on Shark Tank in Season 14 episode 21 and got four offers, making a deal with Mark and Lori.

## What miracle berries do

Miracle berries (Synsepalum dulcificum) are small fruits that temporarily change how food tastes. For 15 to 40 minutes, depending on whether you have one or two pieces, sour turns sweet, bitter is curbed and savory tastes richer. Effects vary from person to person.

**How long it lasts.** As printed on our label: 1/2 berry, 15 to 20 minutes. 1 berry, 20 to 40 minutes.

**Serving.** One piece is a serving. If it is your first time, take two pieces so you learn how to coat your entire tongue. From then on, one or two pieces comes down to how long you want the effect to last.

**How to use them.** Four steps and step three is the one that matters most.

1. Taste your food or drink first so you have a baseline, then sip water to clear your palate.
2. Hold the pieces in your mouth for 5 seconds to rehydrate them. They are freeze-dried.
3. Chew the pieces and spread the pulp all over your tongue for a full 30 seconds. Up, down, left, right, front and back. Do not rush this step, it determines how strong the effect is.
4. Swallow, then taste the same food or drink again.

**When it wears off.** When the effect fades, start over with fresh pieces and the same four steps.

**What to try.** The classic is a lemon wedge but anything sour, tart, fermented or pickled works. This includes cheese, cream cheese, sour cream or sauerkraut.

For fruit: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, grape, grapefruit, kiwi and pineapple. Greens with lemon taste like Jolly Ranchers. Unsweetened cranberry juice, tart cherry and kombucha all work.

The one that surprises people is lemon water. More water dilutes it. More lemon juice makes it sweeter.

- **Taste of the berry itself:** On its own it tastes like a raspberry that morphs into a sweet strawberry. It is mild and pleasant.

Without a subscription, domestic orders over $35 ship free and orders over $55 get free two-day shipping within the lower 48. Under $35 you pay for shipping: standard is $6.99 or you can pick two-day at checkout.

**International shipping.** Yes, we ship internationally with tracking to the destination. International shipping is carrier-calculated at checkout and is never free, except that Travel Jar subscription orders ship free to Australia. The two options are First Class Package International and DHL Express Worldwide.

**Returns.** 100% Satisfaction or Your Money Back. This warranty applies only to eligible purchases fulfilled and shipped directly by Nature's Wild Berry.
